The HandyLex app from Lingea allows you to download and install 54 bilingual dictionaries in 9 various languages, each ​​in different sizes and ready for off-line use - once you have installed a dictionary of your choice, no internet connection is required. Some of the pocket versions are free of charge, but currently only available for Czech and Slovak languages.
