Leela Fleet is a chauffeur operations app for assigned hotel fleet duties.

Active-trip location:

Leela Fleet uses location only for active assigned chauffeur trips. When a chauffeur starts a trip, live location may be shared with the authorized dispatch team so hotel transport operations can monitor trip progress, coordinate duties, and support guest transport. Location tracking stops when the trip is completed or the chauffeur signs out.

Odometer and receipt capture:

The app allows chauffeurs to capture or upload odometer images and expense receipts. These records help operations and finance teams verify completed trips, reimbursements, and duty records.

Roster and trip history:

Chauffeurs can view their monthly duty plan, assigned shifts, completed trips, cancelled trips, trip distance, and related duty information.

Account and privacy:

The app is intended for authorized chauffeurs only. Chauffeurs can access profile information, support links, privacy information, and account deletion from inside the app. Some historical operational records may be retained for audit, safety, legal, and business requirements.
