About Double Progression: Workout

Double Progression is a training log that does the thinking between sessions. It tells you what to put on the bar next time, and it lays out every skill you are working towards — from your first pull-up to the front lever — as a tree you unlock step by step.

WHAT TO LIFT NEXT
Log your sets and the app suggests weight, reps and sets for every exercise. While you can still add weight every session, it keeps you on linear progression. When that stops working, it switches the lift to double progression: reps first, then weight once you reach the top of the range in every set. If you stall, it lowers the load instead of pushing harder.

PLANS THAT FIT YOUR WEEK
Pick one of nine ready-made plans — gym, bodyweight or a mix — or answer a few questions (days, minutes, equipment, goal) and get a plan built for you. Rack taken? Swap the exercise mid-session for one that trains the same movement.

IN THE GYM
• Rest timer between sets
• Plate calculator — what to load on each side
• Exercise illustrations showing the start and end position
• History of every lift with estimated 1RM and strength trend
• Correct or edit any past session
• Warm-up routines for barbell and bodyweight days

SKILL TREES
25 trees for calisthenics and barbell strength: pull-up, dip, muscle-up, handstand, L-sit, front and back lever, planche, human flag, pistol squat, squat, deadlift, bench press and more. Every step has a measurable criterion — reps, seconds or a multiple of your bodyweight — and many unlock on their own from what you log. A short placement test starts you at the right level.

BY MUSCLE
Tap a muscle on the body map to see your numbers, your weekly sets and which skills train it next.

PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE
Training calendar, streaks, weekly volume per muscle, milestones and reminders for planned days. Planned sessions can go straight into your phone's calendar. Recovery suggestions come with the study result behind each one.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no ads, no analytics. Everything you log stays on your phone, and you can export a backup at any time.

Available in English, Slovak and Czech.
