Lucky Stage

Lucky Stage turns any phone into a podium-ready competitive-debate floor clock—built for high-school and college debaters, coaches, and classroom judges who need real tournament speech order, not a generic countdown. Pick Policy, Lincoln-Douglas, Public Forum, or Congress and the format engine builds the full sequence with official durations for every speech and cross-ex block. Open the floor and run a chamber-style console: giant remaining time, clear current-speech label, now/next ribbon, hold control, and overtime flash so the room stays aligned without spreadsheets or kitchen timers. Dual Aff and Neg prep banks sit beside the main clock with independent spend, pause, and reset—so each side’s prep is tracked fairly. Configurable warning chimes and haptic pulses hit at the 30-second and 10-second marks, plus an end-of-speech tone. During constructives, a POI mini-timer slides in without leaving the floor view. Need classroom scrimmages or house rules? The custom format builder lets you rename speeches, edit durations, and reorder blocks. A seeded resolution library supplies practice motions and starter case prompts per format. Round setup captures sides, resolution text, and prep allotment before the floor opens. Portrait and landscape podium layouts, keep-screen-on, and a high-contrast chamber theme keep the clock readable from across the room. Everything—formats, resolutions, and round state—stays on device for reliable offline use. First-run Privacy Policy and Terms consent, plus in-app policy screens, keep expectations clear. Whether you are timing a full tournament round, coaching prep discipline, or judging a practice flight, Lucky Stage keeps speech order, prep banks, and floor signals honest and automatic.
