"Casrin" is a store management app that integrates all the necessary functions for running a concept cafe (concafe): reservations, cash register, shifts, payroll, expenses, and analytics.

It's not a repurposed system for hostess clubs, but designed specifically for concept cafe operations. Reservations tend to be scattered across individual cast members' social media and DMs, but this app allows you to consolidate them into a single public reservation page for each store.

■ Main Features

・Reservation Ledger
A daily timeline allows you to see the reservation status of seats and cast members at a glance. It supports reservations, changes, cancellations, and in-store check-ins. Customers can register reservations on behalf of the store via phone or in-store. Customer contact information can be dialed directly with a tap.

・Public Reservation Page (No App Required for Customers)
Simply issue a reservation page for each store and distribute the URL or QR code. Customers can make reservations from their browser by selecting the date, seat type, and designated cast member. Upon revisiting the site on the same device after making a reservation, their reservation will be displayed, allowing them to confirm, change, and cancel. No account registration or password is required.

* **Reception Settings**
You can set business days, hours, set time, number of seats, seat types, and seat charges. It also supports opening and closing reservation acceptance automatically.

* **Cast Management**
You can manage cast member registration (name, phonetic spelling, photo, SNS links, introduction), work schedule, and ON/OFF settings for designated reservation acceptance. The list order can be rearranged according to the store's intentions.

* **Cast Login**
The owner issues an invitation code, allowing cast members to log in. They can check their shifts and pay stubs, and register personal information.

* **Cash Register & Order Management**
You can record customer orders during their visit and handle the payment process. The payment details are automatically reflected in the day's sales.

* **Attendance & Time Card**
You can record attendance, tardiness, early departure, absence, and substitute staff. It supports cast members clocking in themselves, and actual working hours are directly linked to pay calculations.

* **Payroll Calculation**
In addition to hourly wages and working hours, pay stubs including designated staff bonuses and menu bonuses are automatically generated. It also supports sliding hourly wages, where the hourly wage changes based on the current month's performance (default setting is off).

* Sales, Expense, and Tax Filing Assistance
It aggregates daily and monthly sales, allows for expense input, category-based aggregation, monthly income/expenses, and annual summaries. Fixed monthly expenses such as rent are automatically calculated, and past months' figures remain unchanged even if settings are modified. Receipts can be photographed to read the date and amount, and output as supporting documents. Sales details, payroll details, and expenses can be exported as CSV files.

* Daily Report (Business Day Closing)
It allows you to close out the day's sales, number of customers, individual cast member performance, and cash surplus/shortage. After closing, the data for that day is locked to prevent further changes.

* Analysis Dashboard
You can view graphs of KPIs for each period, monthly trends and month-on-month/year-on-year comparisons, average sales by day of the week, customer visit times, and individual cast member rankings. Previously entered data is also included in the analysis.

* PC Management Site
There is a PC-based management site that can be logged into with the same account as the app. Tasks that are easier to perform on a larger screen, such as sales entry, payroll calculation, CSV output, and shift schedule image generation, can be done here. The app and data are always the same, and changes are instantly reflected regardless of which platform you use.
