Bashsub

Bashsub is a fast, reliable way to pay for the things you use every day. Top up your phone, keep the lights on, renew your TV subscription and buy exam pins all from one wallet, at any hour.

WHAT YOU CAN BUY

• Data — MTN, Airtel, Glo and 9mobile bundles, including SME, Gifting and Corporate Gifting plans
• Airtime — instant top-up on every network
• Electricity — prepaid and postpaid meters, with your token delivered in the app
• TV — DStv, GOtv and StarTimes subscriptions and renewals
• Exam pins — WAEC, NECO and other education PINs
• Smile, Alpha and Kirani data bundles

YOUR OWN WALLET

When you sign up, Bashsub gives you a dedicated bank account number of your own. Transfer money to it from any bank app and your wallet is credited automatically, usually within seconds. There are no cards to enter and no payment details to store.

Check your balance, see exactly what every purchase cost you, and fund again whenever you run low.

BUILT TO BE SAFE

• Every purchase is confirmed with your transaction PIN, or with your fingerprint if you prefer
• Your password and PIN are stored only as irreversible cryptographic hashes — never in a readable form
• Fingerprint and face checks happen on your device and never reach our servers
• Your address book is never uploaded; if you use the contact picker, only the number you choose is used for that purchase

MADE FOR EVERYDAY USE

• Pick a number straight from your contacts when you are topping up someone else
• Your last purchase is remembered, so repeat top-ups take a couple of taps
• Filter your history by service or status to find any transaction quickly
• Open any transaction to see the full receipt, and share it with whoever needs it
• Light and dark themes, and a layout that stays readable on small screens

Create an account in under a minute with your name, email and phone number. If you ever forget your password, you can reset it yourself with a code sent to your email.
