About SnapBug - Mobile Bug Reporter
What do you do when you find a bug while you are out? Usually you take a screenshot, then jot the problem down somewhere else — a notes app, a message to yourself — so you do not forget it. But when you finally sit down to fix the code, the picture and the note are in different places and putting them back together takes work.
SnapBug stores your note and the device details inside the captured image file itself. There is nothing to keep in sync, so when you get back to work you just hand that one picture to your AI coding agent. From a single image, the agent can understand what went wrong quickly and accurately.
■ How to use it
1. Turn on "always-on watching" from the SnapBug home screen.
2. When you hit a bug while testing an app, take a screenshot the way you normally would.
3. Tap the notification that pops up and jot down what the problem is.
4. Hand that one finished image to your AI coding agent, and you are done.
■ Features
· Automatic screenshot detection: the moment a screenshot is taken, SnapBug notices it and shows a notification you can tap to add your note.
· Easy voice notes: if typing is a hassle, hold the microphone and just say it. Your words are turned into clean text automatically.
· Device details collected for you: the clues you need to reproduce a bug — device model, OS version, screen size, battery and network state — are recorded for you.
· Straightforward annotation: use the pen, shapes, arrows, and blur to point right at the part that went wrong.
· Organized by project: keep a separate project for each app you are testing, so reports stay tidy and easy to find later.
· Eight languages: Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), French, German, and Spanish.
■ A complete report in a single picture
The best part of SnapBug is that no separate text document is needed. Your description and the automatically collected device details are stored right inside the screenshot image file. Hand over this one picture and the AI understands the whole situation immediately.
■ No sign-up, kept safely on your device
There is no tedious sign-up or login at all. The content of your reports is not sent to external servers, and every report and screenshot is kept safely inside your phone only.
