About RFHS Osool
Osool is the official mobile companion for IBM Maximo, built for RFHC maintenance teams. It gives field technicians, supervisors and
asset engineers a single, easy way to keep healthcare facilities running from
anywhere.
KEY FEATURES
• Work Orders Create, view, assign and complete work orders in the field.
Follow the approval workflow, review PM work orders due this week, and work
with records created offline on your device.
• Service Requests Raise, track and manage service requests, add feedback and
send them through the correct workflow with full visibility.
• Assets & Locations Search assets, scan asset QR codes, record meter readings,
perform inspections and view specification data. Browse and select locations on
the interactive map or by scanning a QR tag.
• Forms & Attachments Capture photos, videos and files, add comments, record
labor, materials, planned services and tasks.
• Workflow & Approvals Review and act on workflow assignments with built-in
guidance, inputs and documentation attached to every record.
• Designed for the field — Multilingual (English / العربية), works online and
offline, with push notifications, force-update support and a secure corporate
login.
Note: Osool is intended for authorized RFHC Maximo users. Access requires a valid
RFHC account.
