Blue Heeler

Blue Heeler is an on-device tracker and signal scanner for Android. It scans nearby Bluetooth Low Energy and Wi-Fi broadcasts and helps you review devices that repeatedly appear around you.

It does not claim to prove stalking, intent, or ownership. A flagged signal is a lead for further checking.

WHAT BLUE HEELER CAN FLAG

• Supported tracker families, including AirTag / Find My, Tile, Samsung SmartTag, Chipolo, Pebblebee, and compatible Fast Pair devices.
• Persistent Bluetooth or Wi-Fi identifiers that reappear across scan windows.
• Groups of rotating addresses that may belong to one device changing its identifier.
• Nearby drones broadcasting standard Remote ID / Open Drone ID signals.
• Optional coarse-location co-travellers: devices observed in more than one place while you move.

TOOLS FOR REVIEW

• Radar and threat-sorted device cards with Recent, Signal, and Name sorting.
• Car Hunt mode for walking down a nearby signal.
• Tripwire mode for alerting when a new device enters a captured baseline.
• Fox Hunt signal meter with antenna calibration.
• Pack mode for co-operating with your own nearby phones over Bluetooth.
• Trigger-string alerts, persistent trust and flag lists, tracker-beep attempts for supported devices, and scan-log export.
• Optional camera-notification capture to correlate selected security-camera alerts with nearby radio activity.

PRIVACY FIRST

Radio observations, classifications, trust choices, and optional camera history are processed and stored on your device. Blue Heeler contains no ads, analytics, or third-party tracking SDKs. Optional coarse location, Camera capture, and Pack are off by default. Google Play may handle purchases and licensing through its own services.

IMPORTANT LIMITS

Bluetooth and Wi-Fi signal strength changes with distance, walls, bodies, phone hardware, and interference. Some trackers may hide, rotate identifiers, stop broadcasting, or be unsupported. A detection is not proof that a person is following you.

Blue Heeler supplements, not replaces, Android's built-in unwanted-tracker alerts and tools provided by tracker manufacturers. If you feel unsafe, move to a secure public place and contact local emergency services or a trusted support person. Avoid confronting a suspected tracker owner alone.
