About Ruchi: Cook With What You Have
What can I cook with what I have?
Ruchi started with that simple question.
You open the fridge, look through the pantry and somehow still feel like there’s nothing to cook. You save recipes you want to try, forget what you already bought, make a meal plan that changes 2 days later and sometimes end up buying something you already had.
We wanted all of that to feel a little easier.
So we made Ruchi. One place for the recipes you love, the ingredients you already have, the meals you can plan and the things you still need to buy.
Cook with what you have
Tell Ruchi what’s in your kitchen and see recipes that make sense for what you already have.
Find more of what you like
Swipe through recipes and let Ruchi learn from the ones you keep and the ones you skip.
Keep your recipes close
Save the recipes you love in one place, whether they’re old favourites or something you’ve just found online or while scrolling through your Instagram, TikTok or YouTube.
Plan your week your way
Plan breakfast, lunch and dinner when it helps, without making meal planning feel like another chore.
Remember what’s in the kitchen
Keep track of what you have, what’s running low and what should probably be used soon.
Buy what you actually need
Your pantry and shopping list stay together, so it’s easier to remember what you have before buying more.
Make Ruchi feel like yours
Choose the cuisines and food preferences you enjoy and let Ruchi shape itself around the way you cook.
And when it’s time to cook
No clutter. Just the ingredients, quantities and steps you need in front of you.
Ruchi isn’t here to tell you how to cook. It’s here to remember the little things around cooking, so you don’t have to.
What’s in the fridge.
What you wanted to make this week.
What needs using soon.
What you need from the store.
And hopefully, the answer to the question you’ve asked a hundred times:
What should I cook tonight?
Less wondering what to cook. More cooking.
