k-Smart

Smart Forms helps teams complete forms, manage assigned work, review approvals, and handle electronic-signature tasks from one secure mobile workspace.

On a phone, the focused mobile experience makes everyday field work simple:

• View assigned forms and open the latest form version
• Complete dynamic forms with validation and saved progress
• Capture supported photos, documents, signatures, locations, and QR or barcode values
• Save work offline and synchronize eligible submissions when connectivity returns
• Review workflow tasks and respond to approvals
• Access electronic-signature templates and envelopes
• View notifications and keep work organized

On a tablet, Smart Forms provides access to the full responsive workspace for form building, workflows, digital journeys, reporting, electronic signatures, and role-authorized administration. If the workspace is temporarily unavailable, users can return to the native cached Forms experience.

Smart Forms is designed for organizations that need flexible data collection and coordinated work across office, field, phone, and tablet experiences. Available features depend on your organization, role, permissions, form configuration, and network availability.

An active Smart Forms account is required.
