Komiut

Komiut is how Nairobi rides. Find a matatu, book a seat, pay with M-Pesa,
and get on with your day.

BOOK A SEAT BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Search routes across the city, see the fare before you commit, and pick
your own seat. Your ticket lives in the app — show the QR code to the
conductor and board.

OR CATCH ONE AS IT COMES
Standing at the stage? Open Pick As You Go and see the matatus heading
your way right now, with the route they are running and the seats still
free. Book one before it reaches you.

PAY WITH M-PESA
Enter your number once and every fare is an STK prompt on your phone. No
cash, no change, no arguments about the fare.

KNOW WHERE YOUR MONEY WENT
Every payment is recorded with the vehicle, the route and the time.
Your full trip history stays in the app.

EARN AS YOU TRAVEL
Collect loyalty points on the trips you already take.

FOR DRIVERS AND CREW
Komiut is not only for passengers. Drivers sign in with their phone and
plate to:

• Join the queue at the stage and keep their place in line
• Go live so nearby passengers can find the matatu and book a seat
• See every fare land in real time, as it is paid
• Track takings for today, this week and this month
• Record expenses against the day's earnings

BUILT FOR KENYA
Fares in shillings. M-Pesa as standard. Routes, stages and SACCOs the way
they actually work.

Komiut is brought to you in partnership with NCBA.
