Kolayvet Chat

Kolayvet Chat is a messaging application that allows veterinary clinic teams to communicate with their clients via a single WhatsApp number. Log in with your Kolayvet account; all your clinic's messages will be collected in one inbox.

AUTOMATIC VACCINATION REMINDERS
Kolayvet automatically sends WhatsApp reminders for patients whose next vaccination is approaching. When a client replies, the chat appears in the application, and you can continue messaging from where you left off.

ONE NUMBER, THE WHOLE TEAM
Replies arrive at the clinic's single number; the entire team writes from the same inbox. Each chat has an owner; unowned chats are marked with a badge and are not overlooked. It is always clear who wrote what.

PATIENT CARD RIGHT NEXT TO THE CHAT
The patient's card is right next to you while you chat: next vaccination, last examination, history, and contact information. You don't need to switch to another application to reply.

INTERNAL NOTES NEVER REACH THE CUSTOMER
The amber-colored notes you leave for your team are only seen by clinic staff. They are distinct from message bubbles; it is impossible for them to accidentally reach a customer.

TASKS IN ONE LIST
Vaccination and control tasks are kept in a single list across the team; everyone sees the work done, and repetitive tasks are automatically renewed.
