About BeyondClaim

BeyondClaim is severe weather intelligence for a single property address. Enter an address and BeyondClaim returns a confidence-scored history of the severe weather that hit it — drawn from five years of NEXRAD radar plus live events going forward — and exports it as a PDF you can attach to a claim file.

Disclaimer: BeyondClaim is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing NOAA, the National Weather Service, the U.S. Geological Survey, the National Hurricane Center, or any other government entity. We analyze publicly available government weather data; we do not provide or facilitate any government service.

Built for roofing contractors, adjusters, and appraisers who need defensible evidence, not guesses. "No qualifying events in five years" is a valid, defensible answer rendered as clearly as a hit.

What you can check at any Texas address:
- Hail, wind, and tornado (they co-occur on radar)
- Hurricane track data
- Winter: snow, ice, and freezing-rain events
- Flood: stream-gauge readings and storm-event records

Official government data sources (publicly available):
- NWS radar / NEXRAD: https://radar.weather.gov
- National Weather Service (warnings + ASOS observations): https://www.weather.gov
- NOAA Storm Prediction Center (storm reports): https://www.spc.noaa.gov
- National Hurricane Center (NOAA): https://www.nhc.noaa.gov
- USGS water and stream gauges: https://waterdata.usgs.gov

How it works:
1. Enter a property address.
2. BeyondClaim runs every storm category against five years of history.
3. Review the confidence-scored timeline of events on an interactive storm map.
4. Export a PDF report for your claim file.

Pricing:
- Starter — free for life. Check five distinct properties at no cost, with hail, wind, and tornado history and PDF export. Re-opening a property you already checked is always free.
- Pay as you go — 6.99 USD per report beyond the free five, no subscription.
- Pro — 29.99 USD per month for unlimited lookups, all severe weather categories, PDF export, and live event alerts.
- Team — 99 USD per month for five seats, a shared usage pool, bulk verification, and an audit log.

Founding-member pricing is locked for the life of your account when you sign up during the beta. No annual commitment — cancel any time.

Honest status: BeyondClaim is a public beta, currently covering Texas only, with five years of radar history and live coverage going forward. Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Florida are planned.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use the addresses you check to train AI models. Privacy policy: https://beyondclaim.ai/privacy

BeyondClaim is not a government app and does not represent any government agency.
