The blueplant app is the first digital appointment and task planner that was developed with the specific needs of room greeners in mind. With the blueplant app, the employees in the field always have all the information available to fully focus on their core task: The installation and care of plants in the planned time and with the best possible quality.

The central calendar, which provides an overview of upcoming appointments and tasks that have already been completed, and also keeps an eye on travel times in between, is particularly helpful here. The clear presentation of the location inventory and the ideal processing sequence guarantee efficient processing of the pending tasks within one appointment. The employee always has an overview of the current progress of the deadline and which plants still need to be looked after. Information on the water level, general condition and exact location can be recorded digitally and, if necessary, documented with images. The customer can then take the appointment directly by signing on the smartphone.

Planners and management have an overview of the progress of all orders at all times via the desktop application and can, if necessary, reschedule live, intervene or answer queries via the integrated chat function.
