Gratify App

Gratify helps service staff receive cashless tips, build a professional tipping profile, and manage their earnings with ease.
Whether you work independently or belong to a business, Gratify gives you the tools to:
• Create and personalize your staff profile
• Share a private QR tipping profile with customers
• Receive tips through M-Pesa
• View confirmed tips and your available balance in real time
• Request withdrawals to your registered M-Pesa number
• Track ratings, reviews, transactions, and withdrawal requests
• Update your name, role, bio, and profile picture
• Share your tipping link through WhatsApp, social media, or other platforms
Your public tipping profile uses a private link so customers can tip you without exposing your phone number.
Gratify is designed for waiters, waitresses, bartenders, hosts, receptionists, drivers, delivery riders, baristas, chefs, freelancers, and other service professionals.
You can join independently or connect your account to a participating business using a business code.
Tips are voluntary customer payments. M-Pesa availability, payment confirmation, and withdrawals are subject to the applicable service and transaction requirements.
