Kinetrio Hockey

Practice finally has a scoreboard.

Clip the Kinetrio Sensor to your stick and it reads your motion 200 times a second, turning every rep into the numbers that actually decide games: a Session Score from 0 to 100, your release time, and how clean and consistent your hands really are. Wherever you train, you finally know if today beat yesterday.

START IN ABOUT 5 MINUTES
Clip the sensor to your shaft (about 10 to 15 cm above the blade, button side up) and pair over Bluetooth in about a minute. Then take the Discovery Tour: three short drills that baseline your puck control, your agility and your reach. Kinetrio flags your standout skill and recommends a program built around it. You finish with a plan, not a blank screen.

THE NUMBERS THAT MATTER
- Session Score, a single 0 to 100 rating for every session, with named tiers so you know at a glance where it ranked
- Release Time on every shot, with the quickest and the average of the set
- Flow Score for stickhandling rhythm and consistency
- Loops, Touches and Tempo, with your fastest and slowest loop so you can see where control breaks down
- Stick speed in km/h or mph, your choice
Every result is compared to your best, so progress is never a guess.

21 DRILLS, BUILT FOR HOCKEY

Watch a short technique tutorial for every drill, then jump straight into training.

SEE EVERY SHOT
Open any shooting session and read it shot by shot: release time across the whole set, your quickest release, and which shots sat in the quick band and which drifted. The shooting drills are marked Beta while we keep tuning them, so you always know which numbers are settled and which are still being sharpened.

GUIDED PROGRAMS
Multi-drill sessions with on-screen coaching cues that walk you through each rep: Stick Skills Starter, Shot Builder, Complete Player, Pre-Game Warm-Up, Backhand Builder, Release Builder, Puck Control Pro, Quick Hands, Full Arsenal and Game Ready. Or build your own.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
Filter by This Week, Month, Year or All Time. A skill radar shows where you are strong across control, reach, agility, hands and shooting. Review your Session History rep by rep, film a session and play it back with your numbers on the clip, and chase Personal Records: Most Touches, Best Streak, Best Rate and Total Sessions.

FOR EVERY PLAYER, AND THE PEOPLE COACHING THEM
From U7 to Pro, every position. Pick a goal (Puck Control, Hand Speed, Shot Power, Quick Release or Consistency) and train on your own schedule. Give a young player a clear number to beat each session and watch the streak grow. Works for inline and ball hockey too, so the training never stops.

Note: Kinetrio is free to download. The core, metric-based training requires the Kinetrio Sensor. No subscriptions, no in-app purchases.
