Kidara Playground

Kidara is the app for parents of our indoor playground. From your phone, you can purchase playtime, manage your wallet balance, accumulate points, and reserve your visit—all without waiting in line at the counter.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Purchase playtime
Choose the package you want and pay for it through the app. When you arrive at the park, show your child's QR code and they can enter directly. If they're having fun and you want them to stay a little longer, you can extend their time without leaving your spot.

• Check how much time is left
While your child is inside, the home screen shows you the remaining time in real time. We'll also notify you when it's about to end, so no one gets a surprise.

• Top up your wallet
Add funds with a card through the app, or with cash at the counter. Use your balance to pay for playtime and everything in the shop: snacks, drinks, and other items. Your entire transaction history is visible, with a detailed breakdown of your purchases.

• Earn and redeem points
Every purchase earns points, and there are promotions that multiply them on certain days and times. Redeem your points for prizes from the catalog and pick them up at the store.

• Book your visit
Check available times and reserve your spot. There's no booking fee: you pay when you arrive.

• Register your children
Each child has their own profile with their information. You can note any allergies so our staff is aware of them. This information is encrypted and only seen by the store team.

• Stay up-to-date
Receive news, promotions, and playground events directly in the app.

TO USE THE APP
You need an account and an internet connection. The app is designed for parents, not children: playtime and products are consumed at our physical location.

Card top-ups are processed through secure online payments. Kidara never stores your card information.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile > Delete my account, or from kidara.com.ec/delete-account.html
