How do Key VPN&Private proxy applications use VPN Service?

Our Key VPN&Private proxy application uses the Android VPN Service to skillfully bypass the remote VPN server and direct the allowed Internet traffic to the final destination. This feature can lead to two potential situations:

*Disable IP filtering: All Internet traffic is directed to the local VPN service. However, only "allowed" traffic can reach its expected destination, while "blocked" traffic will be discarded. No traffic forwarded to the remote VPN server.

*Enable IP filtering: All Internet traffic is directed to the local VPN service. However, only "allowed" traffic can reach its intended destination, while "blocked" and "filtered" traffic will be discarded. No traffic forwarded to the remote VPN server.

This technology allows the Key VPN&Private proxy to manage all Internet traffic locally, so that the Key VPN&Private proxy application can be set or run without root access. We prioritize transparency and help users understand how we handle their data by explaining these operations, as well as the steps we take to protect their privacy and data integrity when using Key VPN&Private proxy applications.

Why does Key VPN&Private proxy use Android's VPN service?

The Key VPN&Private proxy application utilizes Android's VPN Service to guide traffic to itself, enabling device filtering instead of server-side filtering. We rely on Android's VPN Service to ensure that the following functions run as expected:

*Device protection (antivirus/malware)

*Parental control and corporate management

To illustrate this point in action:

After the Key VPN&Private proxy is activated, the "blocked" and "allowed" Internet traffic will be routed to the local VPN service. However, only "allowed" traffic will be delivered to the expected destination, thereby avoiding any traffic from reaching the VPN server. With Android's VPN service, we can route all Internet traffic to the local Key VPN&Private proxy, so that root access is not required to establish this Key VPN&Private proxy application.
