Million Dollar Employee

A small-town boy, an HR practitioner, a coach, an author and a speaker, Ketan has been helping organizations take care of its people. Having served more than 25,000 people until now, Ketan is on a mission to transform lives by helping the ordinary become eXtraordinary.

He believes that in the Corporate world, we have been working on one side of the problem for a very long time. There are huge expectations that employees have from managers, leaders and the organization.

What has always got ignored is the part where the employee takes ownership, shows accountability and demonstrates actionability around things that matter.

He wants ordinary employees to focus on becoming so incredible, so impactful, so eXtraordinary that no one would want to lose them, even for a million dollars. He dreams of transforming every employee into a Million Dollar Employee.
