WHAT YOU CAN DO

• View your subscription, current plan, and billing status at a glance
• Pay bills securely in-app via Xendit — credit/debit cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, and more
• Upload payment proof with automatic OCR — the app extracts amount and reference number from your screenshot
• Get instant help from our AI support assistant, 24/7
• Escalate to a human agent when needed — the conversation flows seamlessly into a support ticket
• Track ticket status in real time with push notifications
• Manage your home router: reboot, change Wi-Fi name and password, run a speed test
• Update your phone number, name, and email — phone changes are verified via OTP
• Set up PIN and biometric quick unlock for fast, secure access

WHY YOU'LL LIKE IT

• Fast and lightweight — built for everyday use, not bloated with features you don't need
• Secure by design — your authentication token is stored in your device's hardware-backed Keychain or Keystore. Your PIN and biometric data never leave your device
• Real-time updates — push notifications keep you informed about ticket progress, payment confirmations, and service announcements
• AI that actually helps — the assistant has context on your account, billing, and recent activity, so it can answer specific questions about your service
• One-tap bill payment — saved payment methods, copy-to-clipboard reference numbers, and built-in payment portal integration
• Made for KazibuFastNet customers — every feature is tailored to how our subscribers use the service
