Cultivate helps you build healthier phone habits by turning time away from your phone into a growing world.

When your screen is off, your world grows. The longer you stay away, the more your world develops and flourishes. Cultivate displays your world as your wallpaper, so each glance at your phone reminds you of your progress and gives you a positive reason to let it keep growing.

Cultivate is designed to support a healthier balance with your phone. You can still use your phone for quick, useful moments, such as replying to a message, checking important information, or handling something briefly. By default, your world only starts to decay after 5 minutes of active phone use, and this grace period resets after 2 minutes with your screen off.

When you view your lock screen or open the Cultivate app, growth is paused. This lets you admire your world without resetting your progress. When you put your phone down again, your world can continue to grow.

Choose from several themes and grow a world that matches your style, including Fantasy Village, Coral Reef, and Space Colony.

The app is simple, private, and distraction-free. Your phone usage data and settings stay on your device and are not shared, sold, or used for analytics or advertising. Cultivate is free to use and contains no ads.

After installing the app, simply choose a theme, enable Cultivate as your wallpaper, and turn off your screen to start growing.
