About PresenGo

PresenGo is a daily attendance app for SMK Karangdurin. It is used by teachers and school administrators; students don't need to install any other apps.

How it works: The teacher opens a lesson session in the app, then the student taps their NFC-enabled student card to the back of their phone. Attendance, clock-in time, and tardy status are recorded immediately upon contact.

What you can do in the app:

Scan the NFC card
Tape the student card to record attendance. The app displays the student's name and attendance status instantly, complete with audio and vibration feedback.

Attendance per lesson schedule
Attendance is recorded per teaching session according to the class schedule, not once a day,
so you can see who is present for each subject.

Manual corrections by teachers
Teachers can change the status to present, excused, sick, or absent for students who have left their cards behind. Each change is saved along with the identity of the teacher who made the change and the time.

Teacher attendance
Teachers record their own attendance during the current teaching session.

Class list and history
View a list of students per class along with their attendance history.

Notifications
Notifications when attendance is recorded and announcements from the school.

Location Verification
When a teacher scans, the location is briefly read to ensure attendance occurs within the school grounds. There is no background tracking.

Accounts are created by the school administrator. This application is intended for the SMK Karangdurin environment and requires an official school account to log in.
