Karangny

Karangny is the school management app designed for schools in West Africa. Principals, accountants, teachers, and supervisors manage the school from their phones, even when the internet connection is unavailable or unstable.

FAST AND RELIABLE ATTENDANCE
• Student attendance register by class.

Check-in via QR code badge scanning, for both students and staff.

The recorded time is the server's time: impossible to cheat by changing the phone's time.

GRADING ENTRY
• Select the class, subject, and term, then enter the grades for the entire class on a single screen.

• Class average calculated in real time.

• Completed report cards are protected against modification.

FINANCES UNDER CONTROL
• Accounts: cash, bank, and mobile money, with the balance of each account.

• Expenses: quick entry, available balance monitoring.

• Dashboard: daily and monthly receipts, expenses, school net balance.

WORKS OFFLINE
All your entries are saved on your phone and then automatically sent to the server as soon as the connection is restored. The synchronization history shows at any time what has been sent, received, or rejected.

SECURE AND CUSTOMIZED FOR EVERY ROLE
• Each school has its own dedicated space, separate from other schools.

• Each user's rights (director, accountant, teacher, supervisor) are defined via the web portal: each user only sees what concerns them.

• Upon logging out, the school's data is erased from the phone.
