We have chosen to tune all audio to 432Hz, the frequency that resonates most with nature and biological vibrations. This is much more effective than the usual 440Hz. KALM is not a medical app and does not replace professional care, diagnosis, or treatment. The content is intended to support relaxation, mindfulness, and personal well-being.
