Jogos Santa Casa is a crossroads seen from above and a steadily rising number of cars that all want to be somewhere else. Tap a car to stop it, tap again to send it on. That is the whole interface, and it is more than enough.

The difficulty is that stopping a car is never free. A car held at the line backs up the ones behind it, and a queue that reaches the previous junction starts causing collisions you cannot see coming. Good play in Jogos Santa Casa is mostly about releasing cars early rather than braking them late.

The vehicles are not interchangeable. Trucks accelerate slowly and need a much bigger gap. Buses stop at marked stops whether you want them to or not. Emergency vehicles run the junction regardless, and everything else has to be out of their way before they arrive, which turns a calm minute into a scramble.

Three junctions escalate properly. City is a simple crossroads. Metropolis adds a second crossing and turning traffic. Expressway removes the signals entirely and runs everything at speed.

When a crash happens, the game freezes the moment, replays the two cars involved, and names the cause, which is far more useful than a score alone. The summary counts cars safely passed and the near misses you got away with.
