Milliol Construction Manager

Milliol Realtors helps construction companies manage projects, teams and day-to-day site operations from one secure workspace.

Built for contractors, project owners, supervisors and construction staff, the app brings essential project information together so teams can coordinate work, monitor progress and make decisions faster.

With Milliol Realtors, authorised users can:

• Create and manage construction projects
• Assign team members and project roles
• Organise activities and work items
• Monitor planned and actual progress
• Record site attendance
• Prepare and review daily site reports
• Submit, approve or reject procurement requests
• Track construction materials and stock movements
• Manage invoices, payments and allocations
• Upload and organise project documents
• Review pending approvals from one place
• Switch securely between assigned projects

Role-based access ensures that each person sees the tools and project information relevant to their responsibilities. Project owners and administrators can oversee the complete workspace, while supervisors, accountants, stockkeepers and other team members receive access based on their assigned roles.

Milliol Realtors is designed to replace scattered records, paper-based workflows and disconnected messages with a structured construction-management system.

Key benefits:

• Clear project visibility
• Faster approval workflows
• Better coordination between office and site teams
• Centralised project records
• Secure project-based access
• Easier tracking of work, attendance, materials and finances

The app is currently being developed and tested with selected construction teams. Some features may continue to improve as testing progresses.
