JobNerve

JobNerve runs a fence or deck business from one app, from the first estimate to the final payment.

ESTIMATES CUSTOMERS APPROVE FROM THEIR PHONE
Build line-item estimates with optional add-ons, photos and attachments. Send them from your own email address. Customers review, pick options and approve with a typed signature, and you get a notification the moment they open it.

A SCHEDULE THAT KEEPS UP
Approved jobs land in an unscheduled tray. Drag them onto the calendar. Rain day? Push every job forward in one tap and record why.

JOB BOARD FOR THE CREW
Every open job in one list with notes, photos and a comment thread. Crew see what they need; money stays with the office.

INVOICES AND CARD PAYMENTS
Estimates turn into invoices automatically. Customers pay by card or bank transfer online, and you see who still owes you at a glance.

TIME CLOCK WITH GPS
Crew clock in and out from their phone. Optional location stamps show where the work happened, only while clocked in.

BOOKS YOUR ACCOUNTANT CAN USE
Sales, payments, who owes you and sales tax by rate, with month close and an Excel export built for your accountant.
