Jeevy Gnosis

Jeevy Gnosis is the shop-floor app for Jeevy Fabrication. Sign in with your work account to clock time, run assigned tasks, and keep a clear record of what happened on the floor.

SHOP TIME
Start your day with Shop In and end it with Shop Out. Take lunch without losing your shift — task clocks pause while you are on break and resume when you come back. If your shop uses a geofence, location may be required to clock in at the shop.

TASKS
See the work assigned to you, search by task, project, or work stream, and pick up where you left off. Clock in and out of a task, mark it done for manager review, flag it as blocked, or note that you are coming back. Status badges show what needs attention: new, sent back, rework, blocked, or awaiting review.

TASK HISTORY AND ATTACHMENTS
Open a task to view its history and add an entry with notes. Attach photos, PDFs, or videos as work evidence — take a photo on the floor or choose files from your device. Review attachments later in Task History and Task Attachments.

MY TIME AND MY HISTORY
See all of your clock sessions in one place: task work, shop clock, and lunch. Review weekly hours, daily in/out, and past activity so you know what was tracked.

PROFILE AND SETTINGS
Update your contact and emergency details, switch language (English or Español), choose light, dark, or system theme, and get shop notifications. Log out when you are done.

Jeevy Gnosis is for Jeevy Fabrication shop personnel. You need a company account to sign in.
