The Reports highlight the status of activities like submission of Drawings, Material Procurement, Processing, Inspection, Dispatch, arrival of items at Project Site, Progress of Civil Works / Fabrication / Installation / Trials, etc. GAPS provides timely information on progress, bottlenecks and anticipated delays vital to Customer for taking pro-active actions.

Evaluation
In the present day context, Sub-contracting core items is a universally accepted practice which enhances effectiveness of operations by reducing inventory by JIT (Just-in-time) principle. However, success through Sub-contracting will depend to a large extent on selection of suitable Vendors. GAPS has been playing a crucial role in the evaluation of Vendors to assess their capability/capacity for delivering quality goods to the customers on time.
And also We Provide a training to Shop People about Application of Products and manufacturing Processes / Jigs & Fixtures etc. We are Providing Guidance / Consultation during Critical components
