"Connected Workflow applications (CWa) from Johnson Controls are mobile applications designed to enable HVAC Field Installers & Service Contractors to deliver onsite services at the customer locations. Through a user friendly User Interface (UI), HVAC field technicians can:
• Discover BACnet compatible equipment controllers on a BAS Field BUS.
• View and Test Device points.
• Create “real-time” punch lists per device via ad hoc note creation.
• Create project Status and Summary Reports (based on user registration)
• Follow standard installation and commissioning workflows that provide consistent outcomes (based on user registration)
• Access to a library of Alarm Resolution Tips to provide improved building service
• Improved service contracting efficiency as a result of tech dispatching feature
• Have access to site status information that improves on-site efficiency (Just-in-Time). *
• Have consistent reliable insights into site history, potentially reducing schedule slippages. *
• Enable digital migration of site workflow documentation and other collateral to a common location accessible by all, thus mitigating loss of customer continuity during resource attrition. *
