Proactivist is a referral network for software engineers & PMs & HRs who'd like to get referrals to top product-based companies.
We give you 500 coins just by making an account.
As a candidate, for each referral request 100 coins will be deducted.
As a referrer, for each referral submission 100 coins will be deducted.

Process
1. Sign up as a Referrer or Candidate and create a profile.
2. Search referrers by name or company.
3. Enter a job link (from career portal or linkedin) and apply (100 coins will be deducted).
4. Referrer will receive notification for the application.
5. Referrer will decide if the candidate is fit for the job role and will ACCEPT/REJECT.
6. Chat with the referrer/candidate regarding the application.
7. If profile is accepted, then the referrer will upload a picture of the referral portal showing the successful submission of referral.
8. Our team will verify the same and transfer 100 coins to the referrer.
9. This completes the process.
