Site Schedule: Bar Chart Maker

A construction schedule app made for site supervisors and independent contractors — draw bar-chart (Gantt-style) schedules directly on your phone. Not a generic project manager: built for how job sites actually plan. Fully offline, no account, no ads.

■ Draw bars with your finger Trace across the calendar to create a task bar. Drag to move, grab an end to stretch. Bars snap to the day, every time.

■ Rain day? Shift everything at once Lost a day to weather? Pick the date and tap "+1 day" — every following bar shifts across all trade rows. No more redrawing the whole chart.

■ Trade-row templates Scaffolding, foundation, framing, roofing, exterior, interior, MEP, site work — add standard trade rows in one tap. Reorder or edit freely.

■ Non-working days Mark Sundays, holidays and site closures. Weekends are tinted so the schedule reads like the one on your site wall.

■ A3 landscape PDF & image export Export print-ready A3 (or A4) landscape PDF/PNG with large, readable type — post it in the site office or share it to any group chat.

■ Free for 3 schedules · Pro unlocks unlimited The free version lets you keep 3 schedules. Pro is a one-time purchase (no subscription) and unlocks unlimited schedules — future updates included.

■ Made for Site supervisors, independent contractors, small builders, remodelers, progress meetings, and explaining timelines to clients.

Note: schedules made with this app are for reference only and do not constitute a guarantee of construction timelines.
