Gist: Sports Small Talk

Someone brings up last night's game. You want more than a score, and less than an hour of scrolling.

Gist is a short sports briefing for people who don't follow sports but still want to join the conversation. Each card covers what happened, why people care, and the background you missed, with a link to the original story.

YOUR FREE DAILY BRIEFING
Open the Cocktail Party briefing for a five-minute read. Swipe through the stories, tap a card for the backstory and the source, and finish with a question you can ask. One general briefing is free each day.

ROOMS FOR YOUR KIND OF CONVERSATION
Gist Pro adds three more rooms, each with its own stories: Office Watercooler for coworkers, Sports Talk for Moms for a sports-obsessed kid, and Date Night for a charming story and a follow-up question. Pro briefings refresh up to three times a day.

HOW IT WORKS
Briefings are written ahead of time from curated public sports sources and cited on every card. There is no account, no ads, and no feed to scroll. The last briefing you opened stays readable offline.

WHAT IT IS NOT
Gist is editorial context and conversation prep in English. It is not live scores, betting picks, fantasy advice, or a complete report of every game, and it is not affiliated with any league or team.

Gist Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play. The price, billing period and any free trial are shown before you buy. Cancel anytime in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions.
