Main Features:

【Quick Roll Call and Member Management】 Create member information, recording name, gender, skill level, member number, team, available playing time slots, and notes. Quickly filter by team, gender, or member status; suitable for both regular teams and temporary rosters.

[Venue and Scheduling Management] You can set the number of venues in the starting and pre-scheduled areas, supporting drag-and-drop adjustments, entry and exit from venues, venue changes, clearing venues, rest area instances, and member status management. The scheduling screen displays member skill level, number of matches played, and waiting status for quick decision-making regarding the next round.

[One-Click Scheduling and Automatic Scheduling Reference] Provides one-click and automatic scheduling assistance, which can help with scheduling based on waiting time, number of matches played, skill differences, consecutive matches, same-venue ratio, and newbie protection. You can still manually fine-tune the results, retaining the flexibility of the on-site organizer.

[Team Formation and Voice Broadcasting] Supports venue broadcasting, pre-scheduled broadcasting, free team formation, and designated team broadcasting. You can use system voice or choose Azure cloud voice for a more natural broadcasting effect, and adjust the speech rate and volume processing.

[Team Setup Templates] You can create different team settings and save venue configurations, broadcast settings, scheduling rules, and warning settings. Different team types and venue configurations do not need to be reset each time; simply apply them quickly before starting a team match. **[Batch Import, Export, and Batch Roll Call]** Supports importing and exporting member data in CSV format. Imported data can also be used for quick batch roll calls. Ideal for transferring data from spreadsheets, historical lists, or other management tools, reducing time spent entering data one entry at a time.

**[Progress and Records]** Records each member's number of appearances, head-to-head/team records, and match progress, helping the organizer to identify who has been waiting longer and who has played more matches, reducing disputes during the roll call process.

**[Member Notes]** Add notes to members to record temporary statuses, special needs, or organizer reminders. Notes can be hidden to prevent sensitive information from being displayed directly on member cards.

**[Data and Privacy]** Member and roll call data are primarily stored on the local device. If Azure cloud-based speech is enabled, the voice announcements will be sent to the Microsoft Azure Speech service for speech synthesis; if Azure is not enabled, the device's built-in speech service will be used.
