Worked perfect with "CRAB" model. After reading the APP reviews, I waited several months before trying for myself (tired of it cleaning the wall, steps). Made sure the phone and pool cleaner were VERY close to each other with good phone network signal. Update took under 1 minute. No problem.

App connected flawlessly w/ Bluetooth on LG-G8... did the firmware update quickly & now we can change modes, speed, etc. This is an awesome cleaner & app gave no issues. Thanks!!

Everything works as it should

App works just fine here. Just followed the prompts in the app, did the firmware update, and now can make the Crab change to the desired mode just by pressing the power button. Just did the Unit on "Floor only" mode, works great. Samsung Note 8 phone.

The app connects my Crab to my android phone now. I updated the app. Everything works as intended. Although the app itself is very simple and basic. It gives options to change mode, speed and duration, but that's all I need. And I barely need to use the app since I can change the mode by pressing the button now.
