IPSO saba

Starting over in a new country isn’t easy, especially when you’ve had to leave so much behind. The challenges of adapting, the weight of the past, and the uncertainty about the future can feel overwhelming.
That’s why we created saba app, a safe online space where you can connect with professional psychosocial counselors of your mother tongue, who have been on the same journey as you and therefore truly understand yours.
With saba app you can
• Follow a path of seven stages that will help you understand your situation and provide solutions that respect your cultural background – the app will safely guide you
• Find a space to openly write about anything that burdens you
• Talk about any difficulties, including feelings of guilt and shame or even traumatic experiences in confidential video calls. Our counselors are professionally trained, speak your native language and share your cultural background.
saba app is created by IPSO - a trusted humanitarian organization (www.ipsocontext.org) and co-funded by the European Union. We know this might be a big step for you and we are here to help you. Thank you for your trust.
