Muni-Inspect

Muni-Inspect empowers municipal field staff, including inspectors and code officers, by providing a comprehensive mobile platform for managing inspections, code enforcement cases, and related tasks directly from the field.
Key Features:
Task Management: View, manage, and search assigned tasks, inspections, and code cases efficiently. Filter and find specific items using various criteria including application number, addresses, owner/applicant names, and more.
Field Data Entry: Complete inspection forms, record violations, and update task statuses on the go.
Code Case Creation: Initiate and document new code enforcement cases directly from the field, including violation details and associating cases with specific properties.
Media Capture & Attachment: Utilize the device camera to capture photographic evidence or record audio notes relevant to inspections and code cases. Attach existing photos from the device gallery to reports.
Scheduling & Reassignment: Reschedule tasks to new dates/times or reassign them to other available inspectors or code officers directly within the app. Schedule necessary follow-up reinspections easily.
Municipality Specific Workflows: Supports custom fields and sections tailored to specific municipal requirements (e.g., rebate eligibility tracking).
Document Handling: Securely upload captured media and generated reports (like summary PDFs) to the central MuniLogic system via Blob Storage.
Communication: Email reports, letters, or uploaded documents directly to relevant contacts (e.g., property owners, applicants) linked to the task or case.
Synchronization: Seamlessly syncs data with the main MuniLogic desktop platform, ensuring information is up-to-date across systems (requires internet connection for sync).
Designed for use by authorized personnel of municipalities utilizing the MuniLogic platform, this app streamlines fieldwork, reduces paperwork, and improves overall efficiency for inspection and code enforcement operations.
