MIS 360

MIS 360 is the mobile companion to Interwood Mobel's internal management
information system. It is for company employees only and needs an MIS account
issued by the IT department.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• My Dashboard – your day at a glance: tasks due, approvals pending, meetings
today and open requests, with a daily brief of what needs you first.
• Tasks – see everything assigned to you, filter by status, send work to
review, mark it done and comment. Department heads get My Team: overdue work
by section and person, with one-tap nudges.
• My Approvals – every request, fleet trip or quality action waiting on your
decision, oldest first. Approve or reject in seconds.
• Request Desk – raise IT and MIS requests from your phone and follow each one
through review, approval, build and sign-off with its target date.
• Meetings – upcoming meetings, your action points and the Room Recorder,
which keeps recording with the screen locked so minutes can be drafted
automatically.
• Email – read, reply and forward company mail and open attachments (for
accounts with a company mailbox).
• SAP Dashboard – live dispatch, receipts, stock and production tiles for
authorised managers.
• Push notifications for new assignments, approvals, comments and overdue
work.
SECURITY

Sign-in uses your company email and password with an emailed verification code
on new devices. You can add fingerprint or face unlock as an app lock. Data is
read live from the company server over HTTPS and is not shared with third
parties. Access to each module follows the permissions IT has granted to your
account, so some tabs may not appear for you.

SUPPORT

Accounts are created and removed by the IT department, not in the app.
