inMeet Fusion Gateway

Gateway is installed outside each meeting room to display live availability, upcoming holds, and room details (capacity & amenities). Users can book on the spot or schedule future slots from the screen, and verify attendance with touchless check-in/out methods like QR, face recognition, PIN, or password—reducing no-shows and unauthorized use. An integrated calendar view (daily/weekly/monthly) minimizes conflicts, while admin pairing ensures the tablet remains securely bound to the correct room configuration.
