For the care team:

• Patient management with color-coded adherence percentages and early warnings for deteriorating conditions.

• 360° patient profile: Medications and dosages, adherence trends, approvals, and reminder log.

• Pharmacovigilance: Monitoring and reporting symptoms.

• Reminders and tracking of appointments and tests (such as HbA1c).

For the patient:
