The heart of LeelaClue is the Leela Reflections Method — a structured workout for your inner life that turns one question into a guided journey from intention to action:

• Set Your Intention: Begin with something real — a problem weighing on you, or a wish you hold — and reframe it as a question turned toward yourself. Not "What will happen?", but "What do I need to see?" If nothing comes, start from the built-in catalog of topics and questions.
• The StOR Frame: examine your intention from three perspectives — State, Obstacle, Resource: your Starting Point (Where am I now?), your Shadow Zone (What do I not notice yet?), and your Key to the Solution (What would carry me further?). For each perspective you draw a Leela card — a square of the timeless Leela field embodying an aspect of your inner life, from ego and attachment to courage and compassion. The card is not a picture but a part of yourself, and it puts questions to you — real self-inquiry, not prediction. The cards arrive in the spirit of synchronicity: not chosen, but received.
• Reflect: Write your answers to the questions each card raises. Your written reflection is where the work happens.
• My Insight: Distill the whole story into one clear conclusion.
• My Practice: Translate your insight into one concrete task for deep self-improvement — then track it until it is lived.
