IDN Phone

IDN Phone is a SIP softphone for businesses that use their own PBX account (CallAI / IDN PBX). No account is created in the app; you sign in with the SIP username and password provided by your PBX administrator. The app stores your password only on your device, encrypted.

FEATURES
• SIP registration to your PBX over TLS
• Call audio encrypted with SRTP
• Incoming calls while the app is closed: delivered by notification and shown as a full-screen incoming call on the lock screen
• Caller identification (optional): numbers are matched against your on-device contacts; your contacts are not uploaded to any server
• In-app call recording (optional): works only if you turn it on; the other party hears an announcement by default. Recordings are saved to your own connected Google Drive. If Drive is not connected, no recording file is created.

Server-side call recording depends on your organization's CallAI settings.

REQUIREMENTS
• An active CallAI / IDN PBX SIP account
• Internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data)

The app contains no ads, no in-app purchases, no location access, no analytics and no tracking.

IMPORTANT — EMERGENCY CALLS
Calls to 112 or other emergency numbers over VoIP are not reliable. In an emergency, use your device's Phone app; IDN Phone directs emergency numbers to the Phone app.
