AffIdeaaS

AffIdeaaS is the definitive Afifi Srl business tool designed for operators and agencies managing out-of-home (OOH) and billboard advertising campaigns.

Designed to simplify and speed up field work, the application allows for unequivocal, real-time certification of the placement or status of an advertising system, ensuring maximum transparency for both the company and end customers.

MAIN FEATURES:

📷 Secure Media Certification (Photos and Videos)
Take photographs or record short video clips directly from the system. The app automatically applies an unalterable watermark containing the exact date and time of the posting to each media file, providing certified proof of exposure.

📍 Integrated Geolocation
Access the interactive map to view the exact location of assigned posting points. The integrated GPS system helps validate the operator's actual position during the certification process.

📋 Quick Findings Management
Update the status of each individual station with a tap. Select pre-set findings (e.g., Displayed, Not Displayed, Not Found, Incorrect Posting, Deficient Lighting) for standardized and immediate reporting.

📝 Detailed Notes
Encountering a technical problem or an anomaly on the system? Use the text notes field to instantly communicate the details to headquarters.

🔄 Cloud Synchronization
All data, media, and status updates are securely synchronized with the company database, eliminating the need for paper reports and automating back-office work.

WHO IS IT FOR?
The app is intended exclusively for authorized personnel, such as bill posters, inspectors, and field operators in the outdoor advertising industry.

Note: The application is intended for strictly business (B2B) use. To log in and use the app's features, you must have valid credentials provided by Affi Srl's central system administrator.
