AC equipment must be shipped back palletized, shrink wrapped, strapped and secured safely to the pallet. Remote controls and accessories may be returned by USPS mail with tracking number or by UPS ground shipping. The buyer is responsible for all shipping, handling and insurance costs back to our warehouse(s). It is the responsibility of the buyer that we receive the product in its original undamaged condition. Unopened or opened box, and everything, including product and packaging, is in its exact original condition, product never installed.
