List delete — Maintenance, allocation, return, inbound, transfer, and disposal lists now match the PC: delete draft, cancelled, or rejected bills from the card (trash icon, with the same permissions as desktop). Complete disposal — After approval, you can complete disposal from the list (+ icon), the disposal detail page, or the bottom of the approval detail screen; uses the same API as the PC.
