About CBCARE
CBCARE has been created as a citizen portal app for the concerned cantonment boards all over Pakistan.The purpose of the app is to register complaints and verify certificates and documents issued by the concerned Cantonment Board. The app is made available for official use and anyone wishing to check the certificate or register a complaint. The app will require access to the camera for the scanning the QR Code of the certificate or document and an internet connection for validating the certificate authenticity from the ML&C's database.
