Sugarcraft Studio

Sugarcraft Studio is a calm, offline workshop for anyone who makes sweets. Keep your dessert recipes in one place, resize a batch without doing the arithmetic yourself, convert cups into grams for the specific ingredient in front of you, and check the sugar boiling stage before your caramel goes too far.

No account, no adverts, no internet connection. The app has no internet permission at all, so everything you write stays on your phone.

RECIPE SHELF
• Store cakes, cookies, candy, chocolate, pastry and frozen desserts
• Every recipe holds its ingredient list, numbered method, timings, oven temperature, difficulty, tags and your own notes
• Search across names, tags and ingredients — find every recipe that uses corn syrup in a second
• Filter by category, star the ones you actually bake
• Switch the whole ingredient list between metric weights and cup measures with one toggle
• Seven worked recipes are included so the shelf is useful from the first launch

RESIZE A BATCH
• Change the yield and every quantity follows, with whole units kept whole so you never read "2.4 eggs"
• Or resize by tin: move a recipe from a 20 cm round to a 23 x 33 cm tray and the app works out the factor from the real base area
• Suggested bake time for the new batch size, because a bigger cake needs longer rather than hotter
• Old and new quantities are shown side by side

CUPS TO GRAMS, PROPERLY
• A cup of flour is 125 g, a cup of honey is 340 g. The app carries a density for each of nearly thirty baking ingredients instead of using one wrong number for everything
• Enter grams, ounces, cups, tablespoons, teaspoons or millilitres and read all the others
• Cup and spoon results are shown as usable fractions, not decimals
• Celsius to Fahrenheit and gas mark, with the matching sugar stage named for you

SUGAR STAGES
• Thread, soft ball, firm ball, hard ball, soft crack, hard crack, clear liquid and caramel
• Temperature range for each stage in Celsius or Fahrenheit
• The cold-water test description, for when there is no thermometer in the drawer
• What each stage is actually used for: fudge at soft ball, lollipops at hard crack, nougat at hard ball

BUILT TO STAY OUT OF THE WAY
• Works fully offline, on a plane, in a kitchen with no signal
• No permissions requested — not storage, not location, not the advertising ID
• Nothing is uploaded, tracked or shared. There is no analytics code and no advertising code
• Your recipes live in a local database that is included in your normal device backup

Sugarcraft Studio is a reference and organiser for home confectionery. It is not a game and contains no purchases of any kind.
