Loes: the Dutch AI chat

Loes is an AI assistant that speaks plain Dutch. You ask a question the way you would ask a smart friend, and Loes helps you out. An email to your child's school, a tricky letter from the council, a summary for your studies, or just an idea for dinner.

WHAT LOES DOES FOR YOU
• Writes and improves texts, from a quick message to a job application letter
• Reads documents and photos and explains what's in them
• Summarises, translates and brainstorms
• Looks up current information on the internet
• Explains things in plain language, even complicated subjects

TWO WAYS TO HELP
Loes gives quick, clear answers to everyday questions. Super Loes takes more time for difficult questions and researches them more thoroughly.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
Loes runs on servers of European companies, within the EU. Your conversations are never used to train AI models, and you don't have to switch anything off for that. We don't sell your data and we don't show ads.

MADE IN THE NETHERLANDS
Loes is built by a small team in Groningen. We believe the Netherlands deserves its own AI assistant, one that fits our language and culture and that we control ourselves. We continuously test the best open models, train them further on Dutch texts, and at the same time we're working on Baby Loes: our own language model, built from the ground up.

Loes is free to use. You can create an account in a minute, and you can delete it at any time along with all your data, right in the app.
