Horizon65 is a tax income simulator where you can learn on your own time, without pressure about finance and how choices will affect you in the future.

The app analyzes your tax efficiency and where you can improve.
It also forecasts your after-tax income from any investments you may have.

The app shows all the numbers in today's money and after-tax to make it intuitive to use.

For advanced users, you can modify all the assumptions made in the simulator settings so you can see how your income would look like in many different circumstances (e.g. persistent high inflation scenario)

How does investment income forecast work?

First, we estimate the impact of your existing investments as well acquired rights such as your German state pension.

The app currently supports private pension plans, company pension plans, saving in the bank and real-estate with more investments coming soon.

Second, Set your desired outcome such as age when you want to retire or how much income you want when you retire. Our simulator allows you to play with both good future scenarios and bad scenarios (e.g. housing market crash)

Third, Horizon65 has modelled many financial investments available in Germany taking into account often forgotten factors such as inflation, taxation and costs.

The app gives you a very clear overview of potential investments that can meet your goals and supplement your existing investments.

And last, we apply taxation rules related to those investments in Germany so that you can see everything in after-tax income.

The app allows you to explore many long-term investments in a simple and intuitive way.

The end result is that you can investigate easily additional investments and answer questions that otherwise would require you to build advanced excels to answer on your own.

The app is deliberately designed for those who do not have a background or interest in finance where we take care of all the financial calculations and just request the necessary information from you to make a good prediction.
